Delivery is available within Germany only.

Delivery, shipping and handover

You can pick up your PC from us in Falkensee, have it delivered in person, or have it shipped within Germany with insured DHL shipping. DHL shipping costs depend on weight and parcel dimensions, so the final shipping cost is determined once the specific build including all components has been planned.

With very large graphics cards (e.g. RX 9070 XT or RTX 5080/5090), the PC cannot be shipped safely fully assembled. In these cases the PC is assembled, tested and shipped without the graphics card; the card arrives in a separate parcel. You only need to insert the graphics card and connect the power cables — drivers are pre-installed.

For shipping, INSTAPAK QUICK RT foam packaging is used inside the case to secure components during transport. This transport protection must be removed completely before connecting and switching on the PC; otherwise there is a risk of damage and fire.

Travel costs for personal delivery and on-site service

For personal delivery and on-site service we charge the following flat travel fees from Falkensee:

  • Up to 30 km distance: €19.00
  • 30 to 60 km distance: €35.00
  • 60 to 100 km distance: €69.00

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 7–10 days of the conclusion of the contract (where advance payment has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction). No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
