What I can see – and what not

  • You can always see exactly what I see – the session runs in a normal window on your screen.
  • I only have access for as long as you explicitly allow the connection; as soon as you close the program, access ends.
  • I do not read private emails or documents unless you open them yourself to show me a specific problem.

What is remote support good for?

Not everything can be solved remotely, but a lot can.

Ideal for:

  • Software errors and configuration issues
  • Email setup and synchronization

Not suitable for:

  • Hardware defects and replacements
  • Complete system crashes without internet connection
  • Physical cleaning of the PC
