Security & Privacy
For remote maintenance, I rely on the secure, open-source tool MeshCentral.
MeshCentral is an established open-source platform. The open source code means maximum security.
You always remain in control. All sessions are logged by me. On request, you will receive an activity report detailing the steps taken.
The connection is encrypted (TLS 1.3). After the guest module is closed, I no longer have access.
What I can see – and what not
- You can always see exactly what I see – the session runs in a normal window on your screen.
- I only have access for as long as you explicitly allow the connection; as soon as you close the program, access ends.
- I do not read private emails or documents unless you open them yourself to show me a specific problem.

What is remote support good for?
Not everything can be solved remotely, but a lot can.
Ideal for:
- Software errors and configuration issues
- Email setup and synchronization
- Light performance issues and cleanups
- Buying and tariff advice with a shared screen
Not suitable for:
- Hardware defects and replacements
- Complete system crashes without internet connection
- Physical cleaning of the PC
- Total network failures
